2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
- UK Delivery:

- International Delivery:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination).
- Cost: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, customs clearance, or postal service issues. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Lost or Damaged Orders
NEVER2KIND is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the courier. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately, and we will assist you in tracking down your package and resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
In the case of damaged goods, please contact the courier and notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will initiate an investigation with the courier. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries if the wrong address is provided. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make adjustments before dispatch.
7. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may be imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for any additional fees incurred upon delivery.
If your order is held in customs, please contact your local customs office for more information. We are unable to assist with the customs clearance process.
8. Delivery to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO). Please ensure that you provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
